Revala Gelato Powder is crafted with premium ingredients to deliver an authentic Italian gelato experience. Perfect for cafes, restaurants, and home use, Revala Gelato Powder transforms any dessert offering into a gourmet treat.

1 kg of powder makes approximately 4-5 liters of ice cream.

Flavors:

Gelato powder is available in at least 10 different flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mango, pistachio, yogurt, melon, pineapple, coconut, caramel, banana, peach, chocolate-nut, and unflavored ice cream base (plain).

Other flavors can be developed by agreement for orders of sufficient quantity – minimum 3 tons of finished product.

Instructions for Making Gelato

1. Dissolve 1 kg of powder in 1.8 L of cold water or 2 liters of milk.
2. Stir well until the mix completely dissolves.
3. Pour the mix into the ice cream machine.

*The emulsifiers and stabilizers achieve full effect without needing pasteurization and homogenization.

1 kg of powder produces approximately 4-6 L of ice cream, depending on the equipment used.

Sizes  and storaging of Soft Ice Cream Package

The ice cream powder is available in 1 kg and 25 kg packages. For larger orders, please contact the Revala team directly!

When opened, the product remains fresh in a cool, dark place for 1 month; avoid excessive humidity. In a sealed package, the product remains fresh for 24 months. Store the product at room temperature.
