Slush is the easiest summer upsell there is: cheap to make, quick to serve and bright enough to sell itself. With powder you skip heavy syrup canisters — 1 kg makes approximately 5–6 litres of slush.
How to make slush from powder
- Dissolve 1 kg of slush drink powder in 4–5 litres of cold water.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour into your slush / granita machine and let it freeze to a slushy consistency.
- Serve. Also great for layered frozen drinks, mocktails and as a colourful topping base.
Flavours
Blue raspberry, strawberry, orange, lemon, mango and wildberries — more on request. Combine two colours in one cup for layered drinks that customers love to photograph.
Why slush sells
- High margin: with 5–6 L per kg, one 300 ml cup needs only 50–60 g of powder.
- Low waste: mix only what you will sell today.
- Long shelf life: 24 months sealed — leftover stock is fine for next summer.
- No cold chain: powder ships and stores at room temperature.
- Allergen-friendly: no gluten, no lactose.
