Creamy colored powder product, neutral taste and smell. Powder is made of coconut fat, pea protein, icing sugar, emulsifiers, stabilizers, anti-caking agent, flavor and color.
Vanilla and plain ice cream (without flavor). Other flavors on request.
Soft Ice Cream:
1. Dissolve 1 kg of powder in 2 liters of cold water
2. Stir well until the mix is completely dissolved
3. Pour the mix into ice cream machine
Full effect of emulsifiers and stabilizers is obtained without pasteurization and homogenization of the mix
Hard Ice Cream: According to the machinery
The standard packaging is 1 kg or 25 kg multilayer paper bag with a polyethylene liner. Packages are provided on FIN pallets.
