MANGO LASS ICE CREAM
Ingredients
- 200 g Revala vanilla flavored ice cream powder to make with a mixer
- 150 ml of water
- 150 g mango puree*
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 riivitud laimikoor
- A little ground cardamom or cinnamon
Manufacture
- Mix together water and mango puree, then add 200 g of vanilla-flavored ice cream powder, lime juice + grated cream, cardamom / cinnamon.
- Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Put the mixture in the freezer for at least 1 hour, then whisk with a mixer for up to 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-proof container and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve ice cream and enjoy the wonderful taste.
*All mango purees and pureed mango(preserves) are suitable. Very excellent we have obtained the results with LA FRUITIERE mango puree. Available in Gemoss.
