COFFEE–CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

  1. Mix 200 g of chocolate-flavored ice cream powder with 300 ml of cold coffee.
  2. Put the mixture in the freezer for 20-40 minutes.
  3. Then whisk with a mixer for 2-5 minutes to the desired consistency.
  4. Pour out the whipped mixture into the mold or box you like (the dish should be at least 1.5 liters) and place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours (until frozen through).
  5. Decorate and enjoy!

*A particularly pleasant coffee nuance is added if at the end of the whipping you mix a little soluble coffee into the ice cream mixture – the pieces of instant coffee and the sweet and bitter mecca remain especially effective after freezing!
